Community

No man, woman, child or business is an island. TFK looks for opportunities to contribute to the Torrington community and beyond, and to provide opportunities to our students to do the same. Some of our activities:

• Earth Day Cleanup
• Memorial Day Parade
• Clean Up the World Day
• Origami Elephant Fold-in to support the Wildlife Conservation Society
• Free tai chi in Coe Park (on hiatus)
• Movie Night Food Drives to support the Community Soup Kitchen of Torrington

In addition, every year we donate the proceeds of our annual Spring tournament to the Susan B. Anthony Project in Torrington.
